Central House Newquay has besides our permanent tenants a Popup event and activity venue available to hire in central Newquay. This is located at the bottom of Crantock Street just off Central Square and close to Newquay's main central car park where footfall going past is substantial.

The ground floor Popup Venue is no longer available as it has been let on a permanent basis. Run off for existing events booked can be arranged with the new tenants from 1st October 2024.

We are currently revamping the upstairs office space so it can also be used as an exhibition area adjoining Newquay Museum's exhibition and activity spaces for longer periods.

We also share webpages and website links on behalf of our permanent tenants

Office space available on a half-day or full-day basis at competitive rates.

Whether a quiet temporary full office space, meeting room or a co-working space a first floor office is available to hire.

We are currently revamping this area so it can also be used as an exhibition area on the first floor adjoining Newquay Museum exhibition and activity space for longer periods.
