On the ground floor there has been an insurance brokerage and restaurant, takeaway or bar for this whole period. The first floor has seen numerous start-ups and small businesses working in the many offices, some moving on to larger premises as they expand.

There is a large screen for use of Zoom and Microsoft Team meetings. This is available to books for small community meetings through Kowethas Ertach Kernow at associationcornishheritage@gmail.com.
The 1st floor office facility has been adapted to serve as an exhibition space for art and cultural displays and hosting small events.
We can be very flexible, but sorry, no to any hot & fast-food businesses.
We also provide advertising on our external wall for many local businesses, and will also include these within our website and social media.
