Central House has provided local and Cornish businesses with signage on its prominent building in the centre of Newquay for over 25 years. This can be seen by bus travellers approaching Newquay bus station, people walking from the main central car park in Newquay and those using the Piazza.
Sign sizes and costs:
Large signs: 8 feet x 4 feet £350.00 per annum from date of hiring the space
Medium: signs 4 feet x 2 feet £200.00 per annum from date of hiring the space
We try to ensure that there are few duplications of trade or service advertised.
Please make your own arrangements for signage, we would ask that you submit your design to us prior to production to ensure that there is nothing inappropriate. The sign producers will make arrangements to erect the sign in the agreed place.
** We are currently building up our social media advertising options using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This will be administered by Josh Griffiths of Proper Photography Kernow the in house property coordinator. Please indicate on the enquiry form whether you would be interested in discussing this future option.
Central House is currently fully booked for advertising space, but we take enquiries for future available space. Forwarding an expression of interest will ensure we contact you when a space becomes available on a first come first serve basis.
