For 25 years Central House Properties have provided local and Cornish businesses with signage on its prominent building in the centre of Newquay. In all that time we have not increased our pricing and currently have no intention to do so. We appreciate the importance of high visibility signage, but also that social media is another form of advertising each platform often reaching out to differing demographics of the general public.
Central House Properties are now planning to extend our offering to our existing permanent tenants and sign space hirers by including social media options should you be interested. We will be using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This will be administered by Josh Griffiths of Proper Photography Kernow - Newquay's Photo Lab one of our tenants and the coordinator for our Central House Properties Popup Venue and Office Space. Josh is well versed in social media, poster production and now the popular form of short video known as reels. He would be happy to discuss your possible interest.
We would also like to advise our existing permanent tenants and sign space hirers that we now have a Popup Venue for a wide range of events or activities should you wish to use this for business or even privately. Where we are located in the centre of Newquay this is a high profile venue with good passing footfall should you wish to carryout some form of promotional event, popup shop or other activity. We will of course prioritise where possible our existing business partners should you wish to engage with this opportunity.
