This first floor Gallery Room is available for hire on a daily or half daily bases. This may be used for interviews, business meetings or even a co-working space and as a temporary exhibition area.
It is equipped with a seating area with a low coffee table for informal chats, four chairs and a larger desk and chair. There is shared broadband and a large television can be provided if Microsoft Teams or Zoom is required. Provision for refreshments (kettle, mugs etc.,) are provided, hirers will need to provide their own consumables.
The area is approximately 200 square feet and suitable to accommodate say up to ten people for a meeting.
Times & Costs:
- Morning session: 9:30am to 12:30pm £35.00
- Afternoon session: 1:30pm to 4:30pm £35.00
- Full Day session: 9:30am to 4:30pm £65.00
Longer period for non-profit organisations, charity events and cultural exhibitions can be negotiated
A time gap between morning and afternoon sessions allows for a short extension of the morning session, but we would ask that this is not planned in and the office is vacated in plenty of time to allow minimal preparation for an afternoon session.
We ask that all waste is removed from the premises for disposal by the hirer.
