Table Top Sale or Craft & Art events
Table top sales will usually take place on designated Saturday or Sunday depending on demand. Location is close to the town centre and with passing footfall from the main town centre car park. Sellers can drop their merchandise off from 9:00am park their vehicle and have time to return to set up for a 10:00am opening
We aim to have about eight tables at each event.
- Table Top Sales the fee is £10.00 payable in advance
- No sale of food or drink for consumption on the premises (excepting designated coffee bar**)
- Opening to Public 10;00am to 4:00pm
- Seller access venue from 9:00am
- Seller vacate venue by 4:30pm
- Sellers are expected to remove all their own waste
- Tables will be supplied (we have two lots of 2 x 3' tables 4 x 5' tables and 4' tables)
- Sellers with artwork may use the venue's hanging system (please advise in advance if required) You may wish to attend a specialist art event day, which can be arranged.
** The bar area is available to hire for £20.00 to use as a takeaway coffee bar, to those attending event and members of the public. Equipment can be hired for these events at a cost of £12.00 per session. Equipment to be left clean and ready for use and all waste removed from the premises. Consumables must be provided by the hiring seller. Hirer can bring their own equipment if they have it, sorry no cooking of hot food.

Privately organised Group & Charity Hire for Table Top Sales
There has been interest from community organisations and groups of friends hiring the venue for their own Table Top Sales or Art & Craft events. The Contact Us form should be completed as this will be an overall payment of £80.00 for the hire. Click 'HERE' for the appropriate 'Contact Us' form
