The area of this venue is approximately 600 square feet measuring approximately 40 feet by 15 feet (widest point) including seating and bar area. There are male and female toilets and if advised in advance a privacy booth made available, should the venue be hired as a co-working or meeting space. There is a large screen TV for use of Microsoft Teams or Zoom, video's etc., (use for live TV is not covered by licence) and fast broadband is available.
Hire Costs:
Cost of hiring this venue is £80.00 per session plus £20.00 refundable cleaning deposit, payable in advance.
The £20.00 deposit is refundable if the premises are left in clean condition, as found and all waste material removed from the premises.
Times available:
- Day: 9:00am to 4:30pm
- Evening: 6:00pm to 11:00pm
** The premises are licenced to sell alcohol and bar facilities can be provided for private parties and events. These should not be open to the general public and the venue vacated by 11:00pm. Hire for this option should be discussed more fully with Central House Newquay management as there are a number of requirements which need to be met, such as staffing and costs.
